iRide.2020.01.27 Baseline

Today was about returning to my baseline ride and trying to go forward using it as a benchmark on which to build more fitness. I realized today that my high-intensity flashing riding light was the reason why the hawks have been so edgy recently. I was able to observe this one for several minutes. A passing ready-mix concrete truck prompted it to take flight.
